Specifies whether a special speed print button is available, allowing staff to print a Registrations report (with details of all changes to a Registration) by-passing the usual reporting process.

DescriptionIn Trinidad, legislation prescribes that a change to a registration must be noted on the original registration. In the Trinidad & Tobago Registrar General's Department this is achieved by printing a copy of the registration with the change (data keyers print a copy of a registration whenever a change is made to it). Thus a series of images for a registration is maintained, with one image for each change, and the history of changes to a registration is viewable as a special report. This entry specifies whether users / groups have access to a special speed print button to print the report, allowing them to by-pass the usual reporting process.
